could there be a rule that when a person has filled the "i want to join" apply and has the 2k xp, that he puts a "T" behind his/her name meaning that he/she wants a tryout on the server.

You can tell them to add a (R) infront of there name. means recruit.

Guys as of DiVo is gone this IS NOT mandatory! They can however put it in fronta their names, I don't care, the matter is that some people even get recruited. : )
